We really are lucky here in the upstate of SC to have seemingly endless locations available that are just gorgeous! Furman University in Greenville is one of my favorite locations for any portrait sessions (this bridal session is one of my faves), and when I showed Beth examples from the gorgeous campus, she immediately decided on doing their engagement session at Furman!
The first date we had on the calendar was just not in God’s plan; we suddenly got one of those huge pop-up thunderstorms which are so common in late summer here in South Carolina, but it got so bad on their drive that they hydroplaned! I told them to please get home safely and we’d reschedule. Well, fortunately they were perfectly fine, and so 6 days later we tried again. I think there were a lot less nerves for the session since the worst had already happened the week before!
After having such a fun engagement session at Furman University with these guys, I am even more excited for her bridals and their wedding!
